    -Boundaries and Communication

  • We work with couples at all stages. We value and understand that each relationship is different and unique with its own strengths and challenges. Couples therapy is a safe space to process many of the struggles that relationships will encounter. We provide you with the tools and strategies to communicate more effectively, set boundaries, address issues around intimacy, and healthily manage conflict.

    How it works:

    1. Submit an inquiry

    2. If we are a good fit, we will schedule a 75-minute intake session where we will get to know one another and create a treatment plan for future sessions.

    3. We typically meet with couples weekly for 50 mins or every other week for 75 mins. Couples therapy usually lasts about 6 months but can range based on your needs.

  • The goal of family therapy is to help families shift their current dynamic. It is our goal for each member to feel heard, seen, and validated throughout your sessions. We create a safe space where everyone can share their thoughts and feelings in a productive and meaningful way.

We work with the family as a whole to improve the life and happiness of each individual person. When an entire family is willing to engage and actively participate in therapy it often becomes one of the most rewarding and positive of all the therapeutic experiences.

  • Parenting is one of the most rewarding, important, and difficult jobs one will have. We know parenting can be filled with challenges, information overload, judgment, and loneliness. We are here to offer you support and guidance through various life stages to create a healthier and deeper connection with both your partner and children.

  • Whether you are a current or former athlete, we understand the unique landscape that being an athlete in today’s world presents. We work with athletes and former athletes dealing with any of the following issues:

-Identity exploration after retiring from sport

-Athletes who are recovering from or retired due to injury

    -Performance anxiety

    -Navigating burnout

In working with athletes, we work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective to help you access your strengths both in and out of your sport, helping you feel more adept at handling whatever you may come up against in sport and beyond.

Working with athletes usually doesn’t involve strictly talk therapy- we understand how significant the mind-body connection is and use this as important information in our work together. We provide you with tools and strategies to navigate the high-intensity nature of athletics and meet your goals whether they’re centered around moving to the next level in sports or becoming a more well-rounded version of yourself outside of sport.

  • We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. We know that it is not always possible to come into the office so we are happy to offer an accessible and convenient option. We use a HIPAA-compliant platform that makes virtual sessions easy and user-friendly.

• What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
• How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
