Are you or your child experiencing anxiety, low mood, or trouble with your interpersonal relationships? Are you finding it difficult to communicate effectively with the people in your life?

Philosophy

Erin’s therapeutic philosophy aims to provide a personal, non-judgmental, multi-dimensional approach to assist clients with identifying their strengths and challenges, becoming more self-aware, and ultimately empowering individuals to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. She provides tangible strategies/coping skills to improve your day-to-day.

Erin specializes in working with teens, adults, families, and couples who are struggling with boundaries, communication, and overall barriers in their relationships.
